NeutralNo,I used to let people use them though, but everytime I tried to explain them to not use the images I did for trades/requests or gifts I felt like I'm replying to a wall,some people just went ahead(I doubt they even asked the original owner of the characters)and used these images,it made me feel really bad,seeing as the original artist does not want their characters to be used.
I dont want my characters to be used either anymore,they are like a part of me(I had more tlk based characters in the beginning which where more random though).
So no,don't use my stuff please.
